TSC focuses on Asbestos inspection for commercial properties. Whether you are in the process of demolishing a building or just want to be aware of the asbestos risks in your building. An Asbestos survey can be a great way to either get a little extra piece of mind or at least better understand the situation.

Do you do Asbestos Abatement?

We do not do Asbestos abatement. We feel that it isn't right for the asbestos abatement company to be the same as the asbestos testing company. Since we only do asbestos inspection, you can further trust our report.

What does the Asbestos survey process look like?

We will first learn a bit about your site, then we will come onsite to take asbestos samples of suspected areas. Next we will send the samples for lab analysis. Finally, we will write up a report with our findings.
